Camp Sweet Dreams Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
Rental equipment is intended for ages 4+.
A non-refundable booking retainer is required to reserve your date.
Events booked within 14 days require payment in full.
Party favors, balloons, custom items, and add-ons are non-refundable.
Changes & Cancellations
Guest count may be increased based on availability but may not be reduced after booking.
Event locations may not be changed after booking.
Date or theme changes are subject to a $50 change fee.
All payments are non-refundable.
One reschedule is permitted and must occur within 60 days of the original event date.
Delivery & Setup
Setup and pickup typically occur between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
An adult (18+) must be present during setup and pickup.
The event space must be cleared before our arrival. We do not move furniture.
Each teepee setup requires approximately 40" x 6' of floor space.
Elevator access is required for locations above the second floor.
Stair fee starts at $35 for 3, then $10 per additional guest.
Equipment Care
To protect our inventory:
No shoes on setups.
No food or drinks on rental equipment.
No pets on rental equipment.
Pets must be secured before our arrival.
No smoking or vaping around rental equipment.
Damages & Cleaning
The client is responsible for any damaged, missing, broken, stained, excessively soiled, or unreturned rental items.
Additional cleaning, repair, and replacement fees may apply.
The client agrees to reimburse Camp Sweet Dreams for the cost of any damaged, missing, stained, broken, excessively soiled, or unreturned rental equipment within 7 days of receiving an invoice.
Weather
Outdoor events are weather permitting. Camp Sweet Dreams reserves the right to relocate, delay, or reschedule outdoor events due to unsafe weather conditions.
Right to Refuse Service
Camp Sweet Dreams reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe, unsanitary, illegal, or abusive conditions. No refunds will be issued.
Liability
The client assumes responsibility for all guests and rental equipment during the rental period. Camp Sweet Dreams is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring before, during, or after the event.
Agreement
By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
The individual booking the event is financially responsible for all rental equipment and any associated damage, cleaning, repair, or replacement costs.
