Booking & Availability

We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability. That said, we know life gets busy — reach out even if your date is coming up soon and we'll do our best to make it work.

Start by submitting an inquiry through our contact form. We'll check availability for your date and follow up with details, package options, and next steps. Once everything looks good, we'll get you locked in.

We require a 50% booking fee, plus a signed agreement, to book the date and sleepover party rentals. The remaining payment is due 14 days before the event.
Cleanliness & Safety

We take this seriously. Bedding is professionally laundered after every single event. Hard surfaces are cleaned with sanitizing wipes and spray. Tents, pillows, and decor are steam-cleaned and treated with hospital-grade sanitizer.

Yes. We are fully insured, licensed, and bonded. You're in safe hands.

We serve Central Florida, including Orlando, Winter Garden, Windermere, Dr. Phillips, Lake Nona, Oviedo, Heathrow, and surrounding areas — within approximately 30–35 miles based on drive time and availability.

Yes! We regularly set up at hotels, resorts, vacation homes, Airbnbs, and private residences throughout Central Florida. *Some Disney Resorts recently updated their policy for vendors, please check for applicable access requirements.

Setup & Logistics

We set up between 9 am and 2 pm on the day of your event. Pickup begins at 9 am the following day. We'll text you 15–30 minutes before we arrive so you're never left guessing.

Most setups take 45–90 minutes. Larger or more complex events may take up to 4 hours. Pickup is typically 30–45 minutes.

We do not move furniture. Please clear your party space before we arrive — we want to make sure we can set everything up as beautifully as possible.

Sleepover teepee setups are indoors only. Bubble tents, glamping tents, picnic setups, chill areas, and movie nights can all be set up outdoors (weather dependent).

Each setup requires approximately 40 inches wide by 6 feet long. Make sure you have enough clear floor space for the number of guests.

Age, Guests & Details

We recommend sleepovers for children ages 5 and up. Ages 4 and up are welcome for slumber-unders (a daytime or early evening version) or late-overs.

No — for safety, each teepee is for one camper only.

All packages require a minimum of 3 teepees.
