How much space does each sleepover tent/teepee need?
Each setup requires a space of 40" W x 72" L—we use twin-size memory foam mattresses for ultimate comfort!
Can more than one camper share a tent/teepee?
Short answer: No. For insurance and safety reasons, only one camper is allowed per tent/teepee.
What ages do you cater to?
Our setups are perfect for ages 4 to 104! Seriously, who doesn’t love a good sleepover?
Does Camp Sweet Dreams move furniture?
We do not move furniture. Please have your chosen party space cleared of furniture and breakables before we arrive. Our Dream Team appreciates a freshly cleaned space—plus, it’s a great chance to see what’s been hiding under the couch!
Can you set up large items like canopies or backdrops on higher floors?
Due to size and weight, our Canopy, photo booth, backdrops, and large teepees are for ground/first-floor setups only.
When do you set up and pick up my party?
- Setup: Weekdays/Saturdays between 9 am - 2 pm.
- Pick-Up: Sunday starting at 9 am.
We’ll text you 15-30 minutes before our arrival. - Have tight schedules? Ask about our VIP scheduled delivery window!
How much time is needed for setup and pickup?
- Setup takes 45-90 minutes on average.
- Pickup usually takes around 30-45 minutes.
Can I rent multiple services for the same party?
Absolutely! Combine sleepover tents, picnics, and chill seating for the ultimate celebration.
How do you clean your products?
We take cleanliness seriously!
- Bedding: Professionally laundered and sanitized at Orlando Laundry Room.
- Hard Surfaces: Cleaned with sanitizing wipes and/or spray.
- Decor & Tents: Steam-cleaned and treated with hospital-grade sanitizer.
Can we set up the slumber party tents outside?
- Outdoor Use: Our Bubble Tent, Glamping Dream Tent, and Mini Glamping tents are for outdoor use.
- Indoor Only: Sleepover tents/teepees & DIY teepees are strictly for indoor use.
All outdoor setups are weather-dependent—we will not set up in extreme heat, wind, or rain.
Is Camp Sweet Dreams insured?
Yes! We are fully insured, licensed, and bonded to give you peace of mind for your event.

- Choose Your Adventure: Pick the type of event you’re planning, from a sleepover to a picnic or glamping experience.
- Pick a Theme: Select from our wide range of fun and fabulous themes that’ll make your party pop!
- Decide on Extras: Want to add something extra special? Choose from our range of add-ons to make your event truly unique.
- Fill Out a Booking Request: Simply fill out the booking form and let us know the details.
🌟 Booking Tip: We recommend booking 4-6 weeks before your event, but don’t worry—if you’re in a pinch, we can often squeeze in smaller parties depending on the theme and location.
On the big day, we’ll set everything up, and then we’ll come back the next day to pick everything up—leaving you with zero stress, hassle, or cleanup. We’re all about creating magical memories for you and your guests, with absolutely no stress on your end!

Booking your dream party with us is simple and secure!
✨ We accept all major credit cards through our safe and secure payment system.
✨ The balance is due 7 days prior to your event date to ensure everything is perfect for your big day.
✨ For parties booked less than 7 days out, payment in full is required at the time of booking.
Please note: We reserve the right to collect charges for damages to equipment to ensure future clients can enjoy the same exceptional experience.
