10+ tents= non-refundable 50% booking fee, remaining balance due 14 days before set up.
Parties booked less than 14 days out will require payment in full.
Minimum tent rental is 2 at the price of $200.
Party rental = one location/one date/one tent package.
THEME, NUMBER OF TENTS, and ADD-ONS will be confirmed upon booking.
ONCE CONFIRMED, THE NUMBER OF TENTS CANNOT BE REDUCED or MODIFIED. We can always bring fewer tents to your party. Extra tents are subject to availability. If you are unsure, please book the fewest number of tents required.
All PARTY FAVORS are special ordered at booking. No refund if you change your mind.
If the client reschedules, it will be on a mutually agreed upon date.
All quotes are for a rental period of 18 hours, unless otherwise arranged.
SET UP will be on the day of your party between 9 AM -2 PM. Any time outside of this window must be arranged at booking and may require an additional fee.
If the client fails to be present at time of our arrival, a LATE FEE of $50 will be charged.
Please measure to make sure you have adequate space for all tents. Each tent requires a minimum of 46”W.x 75”L. THINK TWIN SIZED BED! Additional 16”L is needed for tray. Campchella Luxury picnic tent is 50"x50"x 84"T. The DreamTent is a 5 meter bell tent, 16.5ft diameter and requires 22-24ft flat grassy area for staking.
We DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE. You must have the party space cleared out BEFORE we arrive to set up. This includes hotel/resort rooms, country clubs, dance studios, etc.
TRAVEL FEES may apply.
ELEVATOR ACCESS required for any multi-story location over 2 stories.
RESORT/HOTEL events will incur a $50 delivery fee.
RESORT/HOTEL events: it is the CLIENTS responsibility to provide valet parking, luggage cart, elevator access, and ALL fees/gratuities for valet/bellman etc.
NO PETS are permitted on any Camp Sweet Dreams/Campchella/DreamTent equipment. Any animal hair, filth, urine, feces or byproducts are detected =$100 cleaning fee.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if we feel that our equipment could be damaged due to unhygienic living conditions. This covers smoke, animal, mold, insects, pest, vermin, general malodor. No refund provided.
SMOKE-FREE environment for ALL parties. A $250 cleaning fee at pick up if detected.
Any item determined at pick up, to be missing, damaged, broken, ripped, torn, or unreasonably stained, shall be replaced by the client. Examples include dirt, grease, oil, bodily fluids, and smoke damage. Water damage due to rain, sprinklers, pool, lake, and flood. All animal hair, filth, urine, feces, byproducts. All food, drink, nail polish, make-up, permanent markers, crayons, glue, and slime. You will be charged a replacement fee for each item deemed damaged or unusable.
It is the responsibility of the client to SUPERVISE all children, guests, pets/animals for the duration of the rental agreement.
Camp Sweet Dreams/Campchella/DreamTent equipment should be used only by children AGES 5+
Campchella Luxury picnic, Glamp Sweet Dreams, Campchella & Chill, Day to Night and DreamTent parties are set up outdoors, always weather permitting. We monitor the weather and will update you if anything is anticipated to impact your party. DreamTent events will not be set up in extreme rain/wind. We will reschedule, switch to an indoor event location (without the DreamTent) or switch to a Camp Sweet Dreams slumber party, depending on availability. We will always consult with you ahead of time. This is for the safety, concern, and enjoyment of you and your party guests.
Client/party guest agrees not to use Camp Sweet Dreams/Campchella/DreamTent proprietary themed tent set ups; including but not limited to: set up/pick up/styling process, decorative items/materials, etc for financial gain, either personal and/or professional.
BY PLACING THE BOOKING FEE, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS & CONDITIONS.
