AGES 5+ Our rental equipment is appropriate for children aged 5+. This is for the safety, concern, and enjoyment of you and your party guests.
Event dates requested lessthan 14 days out require payment in full at booking to bescheduled.

THEME, NUMBER OF TENTS, and ADD ONS will be confirmed upon booking.
ONCE BOOKED, NUMBER OF TENTS CANNOT BE REDUCED or MODIFIED. We can always bring fewer tents to your party. Extra tents are subject to availability. If you are unsure, please book the fewest number of tents required.
All PARTY FAVORS are special ordered at booking. No refund if you change your mind.
CHANGES: If the client wishes to change event date, location, theme, or number of tents,after booking, $50 change fee will be added.
CANCELLATION: in the event of a cancellation, all charges will apply in consideration of preparing, holding in reserve the equipment, on the clients behalf. Unexpected emergencies happen, we get it! Cancellations less than 48 hrs to event will be rescheduled at no charge, on a mutually agreed upon date.
SET UP/PICK UP will be between 9 AM -2 PM. Any time outside of this window must be arranged at booking and will require an additional fee.
LATE FEE: If the client fails to be present at time of our arrival, a LATE FEE of $50 per 15 minute increments will be invoiced, due before set up/pick up. After 30 minutes, we have the right to cancel and/or reschedule set up.
MEASURE: Please make sure you have adequate space for ALL tents. Each individual sleepover tent requires a minimum of 46”W.x 75”L. THINK TWIN SIZED BED! Additional 16”L is needed for tray. Luxury Picnic tent is 50"x 50"x 84"T. The DreamTent requires 22-24 ft diameter, flat, level, grassy area for staking.
WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE. Please have the event party space cleared out BEFORE we arrive to set up.
ELEVATOR ACCESS required for any and all multi-story location over 2 stories.
RESORT/HOTEL events will incur a $75 delivery fee.
RESORT/HOTEL events: please consider arriving the day before your party. This allows for any unforeseen travel emergencies. Remember, set up/pick up will be between 9 AM -2 PM.
RESORT/HOTEL WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE. It is the CLIENTS responsibility to arrange valet parking, luggage cart, elevator access, and ALL fees/gratuities for valet/bellman etc.
NO PETS arepermitted on any rental equipment. Any animal hair, filth, urine, feces, other byproducts are detected = up to $250 cleaning fee.
SMOKE-FREE environment for ALL parties. Smoke detected= $500 cleaning fee.
CLEANING FEE: excessively dirty set ups (beyond Camp Sweet Dreams standard cleaning practice) will be charged a deep cleaning fee of $50 per tent. This is to assure the next client has fully cleaned and sanitized rental experience.
We reserve the right to cancel upon arrival if we feel that our equipment could be damaged due to unhygienic living conditions. This covers smoke, both human and animal smells, urine, feces, filth, mold, insects, pest, vermin, general malodor. No refund provided.
DAMAGES: Any rental item determined at pick up, to be missing, damaged, broken, ripped, torn, or unreasonably stained, shall be replaced by the client. Examples include dirt, grease, oil, bodily fluids, and smoke damage. Cuts, rips, and tears due to scissors, eating utensils, and excessive horseplay. Water damage due to rain, sprinklers, pool, lake, and flood. All animal hair, filth, urine, feces, byproducts. All food, drink, nail polish, make-up, ink, permanent markers, crayons, glue, slime, stickers, any & all other stain inducing materials. Damage fees are due at pick up for each item deemed damaged and/or unusable.
SUPERVISION: It is the responsibility of the client to supervise all children, guests, pets, service, and other animals for the duration of the rental agreement.
WEATHER: Campchella& Chill, Day-to-Night, Glamp Sweet Dreams, DreamTent, and Luxury Picnic parties are set up outdoors, from November 15-March 30, always weather permitting. We monitor the weather and will update you if anything is anticipated to impact your party. DreamTent events will not be set up in extreme rain/wind. We will reschedule, relocate to your indoor event location (without the DreamTent) or switch to a Camp Sweet Dreams slumber party, depending on availability. We will always consult with you ahead of time. This is for the safety, concern, and enjoyment of you and your party guests.
By using this website and/or our services: Client, party guest, subcontractors, collaborators etc. agrees not to use Camp Sweet Dreams, Campchella, DreamTent , Luxury picnic proprietary themed tent and other set ups; including but not limited to: set up, pick up, creative styling, booking process, decorative items, materials, etc for financial gain, either personal and/or professional.
